About Me

My name is Gregory Fish. I’m a Christian, husband and father, freelancer and filmmaker for various Christian media outlets, editor-in-chief for Christian Video Magazine, Relationship trainer and director of marketing for Motive Matters, and Musician/ Recording enthusiast who spends way too much time in front of the computer and not enough time playing raquetball.

Since I was a kid, I always wanted to be behind the camera making home movies. Growing up I would edit together little mini-movies with VCRs strung together. When I came across non-linear editing on computer, a whole new world opened up to me.

Early on, I started making some videos at the churches where I worked as well as promo videos for some missionaries.  At one point I shot and edited this Spanish one man drama that I wrote and later put it up on youtube. It currently has over 300,000 views and has been used all over the Spanish-speaking world, in churches, on the street, and even in prisons.

I later started making some video illustrations, motion loops, and countdowns that churches could download and use in their services.

As my equipment and know-how improved I took some of my better work to Worship House Media. See my portfolio page for links to my videos available for immediate download.

I also began writing a how-to column called “Greg’s Toolkit” at Christian Video Magazine (see my CVMag page for more info).  Now I’m the editor-in-chief of the magazine, determined to learn to get better and help others along the way.
